Pastoral Ministry
In the Old and New Testaments, the word used for pastor is shepherd. Ephesians 4:11 and 1 Peter 5:2, call the pastor, "The Shepherd of the flock" and Jesus provides us with our role model, Himself called The Chief Shepherd. The work of the pastor is "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." (Eph. 4:12-13) The role of the Pastor is to look after and minister to the whole person; spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, socially and financially so that there’s nothing missing and nothing broken. We believe that every person is important, both to the Lord and to the church family, from the youngest to the oldest. We aim to treat everyone with equal respect and dignity no matter what their social class or status, education, race, background or colour. In order to achieve this we actively encourage care for one another. We do not wait for a crisis to have a conversation! We develop relationships because we understand that we can all be a blessing to someone else.

Worship Team
God is doing amazing things among us as we exalt His name together! The bible says that ‘the Lord cannot stay away from sounds made in His honour’ and we are experiencing the manifested presence of God through our times of Praise and worship. Our worship of God, our recognition of Him among us is intertwined into all we do. We live a life of worship and are not limited to a service or a building. God has carved us on the palm of His hand and he knows us completely (Isaiah 49:15-16). He invites us into a life of worship!

Children’s ministry
La Pépinière Ministries Birmingham children’s ministry team love children and consider it a great honour to be serving the children of our church. Our aim is to bring all our children into a real and relevant relationship with Jesus Christ, to see each child fulfill their destiny and to equip them for service. In the context of a caring and supportive environment our children can be shown how to develop the fruit of the Spirit in their lives, and to become dynamic leaders and members of their communities. We take care to present Jesus and God’s Word clearly through a variety of interactive activities that makes learning fun, yet ensures the solid teaching of Biblical truth. On Sunday morning’s children learn clear Biblical truth with practical life applications in a variety of fun ways.

Our vision is to youths is to increase passion for Christ in the hearts of our young people. We expect to raise a generation that is an example to all "in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity". A generation who celebrate and enjoy life within the boundaries of God's Word. It’s our desire to see them realise and walk in all that God has placed within them and to see our young people not be defined by the world around them but instead define their world in Christ. We re-enforce, in a lively and relevant way, the godly principles and character learnt in church which empowers them to prosper in all areas of life; spirit, soul and body. If you are aged between 14 and 19 years we would love to meet you!

Women's Discipleship is confronting the issues that women are facing today by providing Kindle the Power resources, training, and study opportunities that will focus on character and integrity in life choices, values and unique spiritual gifts through discipleship awareness. Our goal is to develop an army of powerful, more-than-conquering confident women.

We long to see a church full of men who are passionate, courageous and determined to lead lives which honour God and advance His kingdom. Christ calls for men to lead courageously in many areas of our lives; at work, with families, friends, through mission and outreach. The aim of the men’s ministry is to equip, envision and commission men to be more Christ-like in every aspect of their lives. The vision for this group is simple - to see men gathering under God's word.

Intercession Ministry
Ever since La Pépinière Ministries was founded in 2007, prayer and intercession have been right at the heart of the Ministry. It is only through prayer that the work has grown and prospered. When the work began in Birmingham God laid it on our hearts to place special emphasis here on teaching about prayer and strategic intercession. This special course is one of the most important events in the whole church programme. The teaching draws vital lessons from scripture, Christian history and the extensive personal experience we have had in seeing vision being translated into reality and the purposes of God being fulfilled through intercession.

Steward Ministry (protocol)
The Steward team is concerned with ensuring the welfare and hospitality of every new church comer and of guest ministers during their visits to our church. They are solely responsible for picking up and returning guest ministers to their desired destination. They also work closely with the hospitality department to ensure all needs of our invited VIPs are met promptly. They also cater for meetings and other events in church, where refreshments are required. They ensure dietary requirements are built into menus and that all refreshments are prepared in a clean and hygienic manner.

Families and Couple Ministry
Our heart is to honor God in all we do. We believe that marriage is so important for laying a godly foundation for years to come. We are passionate about helping in their marriages. Our young and old couple's fellowship is for couples in every stage of marriage. We hold couples date nights and monthly meetings. Endeavoring to strengthen, support and enrich the lives of couples who have chosen a marriage covenant rooted in the faith teaching of Christ. This goal can be realized by allowing couples to get to know themselves and helping them to learn each other through spending moments together away from the cares of everyday life. “Moments Together” Ministries will promote activities that value husband and wife quality time through activities, marriage seminars, retreats and date nights. Building strong families that produce strong churches, which seek to build for the Kingdom of God.

This goal can be realized by allowing couples to get to know themselves and helping them to learn each other through spending moments together away from the cares of everyday life. “Moments Together” Ministries will promote activities that value husband and wife quality time through activities, marriage seminars, retreats and date nights. Building strong families that produce strong churches, which seek to build for the Kingdom of God.
